Welcome to Coresolvd. By using our software, website, and services, you agree to these terms.

1. What We Offer

Coresolvd is an AI-powered desktop application that detects, explains, and assists in fixing computer errors. We also operate this website ("Service"). You are responsible for providing your own API key (Anthropic or OpenAI) to power the AI features.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

Coresolvd is provided "as is." Our software executes commands on your machine — including terminal commands, permission changes, and configuration edits. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Running fix commands may alter system settings, delete files, or affect software functionality.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the proposed fix before confirming it.
• Any consequences resulting from using Coresolvd — including system errors, data loss, or software malfunction — are your own responsibility.
• We strongly recommend backing up important data before using automated fix features.

3. User Accounts

Coresolvd is free to download. You provide your own AI API key. We do not store your API key on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity that occurs under your key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Coresolvd to:

• Break into, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own.
• Generate or fix errors in systems you are not authorized to modify.
• Use the product for any illegal purpose under applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary logic of Coresolvd.

5. Fees and Payments

The free tier of Coresolvd includes core error detection, explanation, and fix features. A Pro plan may be offered in the future at ₹750/month (India) or $9/month (international), payable through our designated payment providers (Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay). All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

We do not collect, store, or process your personal data from the Coresolvd desktop application. Screen content, error data, and API interactions happen entirely on your local machine and between you and your AI provider. We log email addresses submitted through the website waitlist form. 7. Third-Party Services

Coresolvd's functionality depends on AI services provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party AI models or APIs.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Coresolvd — including the software, logo, brand, website, and documentation — are owned by SwaritDixit ("Founder"). You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of Coresolvd without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwaritDixit and Coresolvd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or system downtime — arising from your use of Coresolvd, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Coresolvd at any time without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Coresolvd after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
