Information you give us directly

Email address: When you join the Coresolvd waitlist via our website, you submit your email address. We store this on Cloudflare Workers KV to send you a single launch notification.
Contact information: If you email us directly at swaritdixitai@gmail.com, we retain your message and email for response purposes only.

Information we do NOT collect

Screen content: Coresolvd processes your screen locally. We never receive, store, or access what appears on your screen.
Error data: Errors detected by Coresolvd are processed locally by your AI API. We do not receive, log, or store any error data.
API keys: Your Anthropic or OpenAI API key is stored locally on your machine. We never see, transmit, or store your API key.
Usage data: We do not collect data about how you use Coresolvd, what errors you fix, or what commands are run.
Device information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses linked to application usage, or hardware information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely for the following purposes:

Sending a one-time email notification when Coresolvd is publicly available.
Responding to inquiries you send us via email.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the one-time launch notification.

3. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics tools. We do not track your browsing behavior on coresolvd.com.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your email address with any third party, except:

When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Coresolvd, its users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Your email address is retained in our Cloudflare Workers KV store until you request deletion. To request deletion, email us at swaritdixitai@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV for our backend infrastructure. Cloudflare provides enterprise-grade security, DDoS protection, and encryption. While no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Third-Party Services

Coresolvd interacts with AI services provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. Their privacy policies govern any data you send to them directly. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.

8. Children's Privacy

Coresolvd is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at swaritdixitai@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
